We must receive and process payment before an order can be fulfilled. Please review your order carefully before submitting it because products may enter production shortly after an order is placed.
If you request an order change or cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
Purchases, returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or experiences another qualifying issue, please contact Jane and Lexi in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
